Our highly qualified, dedicated directors lead the effort to provide superior care and ensure that every staff member meets our high standards and operates with a superior work ethic. They have assembled a staff of dedicated, compassionate professionals.


Daniel Schaffer


Daniel prides the facility in providing top notch care and holding all employees to the highest standards.

He received his Bachelors Degree from Yeshiva University in Political Science and went on to acquire a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Since 2011, Daniel has been employed in nursing home administration. His administrative skills, way with people and in-depth knowledge of better healthcare practices have been the foundation of his success.


Nardia Aldridge

Director of Rehabilitation

Nardia has been managing our rehab department for over 5 years with a focus on excellence and patient satisfaction. She oversees all physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and ensures that each member of our rehab team is going above and beyond to help each patient reach their potential. After completing her BS in 2002, Nardia began working as an occupational therapist in a skilled nursing facility. It was at this time that Nardia fell in love with the geriatric population and went on to acquire a MS with a distinction in Gerontology at Hofstra University. Ever looking to advance her knowledge, she is currently pursuing a PhD in Healthcare Administration.


Mathew John

Director of Respiratory Therapy

Mathew brings over 27 years of experience to our respiratory department where he has used his expertise to form a respiratory unit distinguished by it's professionalism. Mathew views every resident as an individual and works with flexibility and an understanding of the needs of our patients and their families. Mathew has a hands-on approach with his staff and will try in every way to ensure the highest level of independence for each one of his patients.


Catherine Stehle

Director of Nursing (DNS)

Catherine brings over 40 years of experience to our nursing department, where she supervises all of our nursing staff and ensures that they fulfill our mission of providing optimum care dispensed with warmth and respect. She began her healthcare career as a hospital LPN staff nurse and achieved RN status in 1998. In the 15 years that followed she was employed by Townhouse consecutively as a RN Unit Manager, Supervisor, Medicare Coordinator and Assistant Nursing Director. She was subsequently employed as director of nursing, and we are happy to have her back at Townhouse to direct our own nursing department.
